Access to Realist is available through your Web-based MLS system. Once you've logged onto your MLS system, look for one or more links that will open the Realist Web site. |

You should use the Logout icon found at the top of each Realist.com page. This will close Realist.com and leave your web browser open. If you wish to close your web browser when you logout of Realist.com, simply click on the X in the upper right hand corner. |

If you do not use Realist for a period of time, you will be logged off automatically. After you are logged off, any effort to move within Realist will inform you that your session timed out due to inactivity and advise you to re-connect through the link to Realist from your MLS. |

Each section of a Realist page is called a frame. Occasionally your browser may print each frame, including the menu bars, separately. You can prevent this from happening by clicking on the special Printer icon that appears on property list and property detail pages of Realist. |

You should call your MLS whenever you have a question about Realist. They will answer your question or, when it is occasionally necessary, they will contact Realist for you. |

Realist.com is designed to be accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except during weekly backup. Weekly backup occurs each Saturday night, beginning at approximately 10:30 PM ET and ending by Sunday morning at 9:00 AM ET. |

Yes, you may save a search at any given time in the list criteria building process and return to it at a later time.
This feature allows you to store your favorite search parameters such as specific lenders or specific zip codes you wish to target. |

All saved searches and purchased lists are archived for 90 days; beyond which, they are purged. |

You may modify list criteria in multiple ways. To add to your list criteria, simply browse through the tabs and select diffeppearing next to each data element on the left navigation panel. |

Our counts system is design to bring back all the records that match your list criteria without placing a limit on what?s available to you.
To purchase only a certain amount of the overall total, specify the exact number in the ?Select Number of Records? section within the Supply Additional Information page. |

As required, we scrub phone numbers against the Federal Trade Commission?s Do Not Call list once every 30 days. |
