Service Policy:
If the mortgage amount and recorded date are not an exact match to the document requested, the abstractor service will deliver the following:
A document matching up to 30 days prior to the recorded date
A document matching up to 180 days after the recorded date
A document within $2,500.00 of the mortgage amount.
Documents are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail notification when the document is available for viewing.
Your account is charged upon ordering of the abstractor service. On-demand abstractor fees are based on your contracted rates.
